Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• We process and dispatch your orders within 48 hours of order confirmation.

• For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

• We strive to deliver your devotional products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Other locations: 4–8 business days

• Remote areas serviced by India Post: 8–14 business days

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders under ₹499: Shipping charges of ₹99 per kg.

• COD Orders under ₹499: Additional Shipping charges of ₹149 will apply. Shipping charges are prepaid.

• Orders above ₹999: Shipping is ₹70 per kg.

3. Important Notes

• If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred address, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges.

• If you cancel part of an order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

• If you return an order, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Once dispatched, Order can't be cancelled.
